If you're not living in Hastings or the surrounding areas, you're out of luck for now. But don't worry, we'll keep you posted on any updates here. Who knows, maybe one day we'll expand our delivery range and you'll be able to get your hands on our goodies too.


We don't mess around when it comes to our brews. As soon as those babies are packaged, we're releasing them on our Webshop faster than you can say "cheers!"

We can't hold stock for anyone, not even our favourite customers. As soon as we list it online, it's fair game. And let us be clear, when we say "out of stock," we mean it. We ain't hoarding any secret stashes of the good stuff.

Hey there, young guns! Before we hand over our precious brews, we need to make sure you're of legal drinking age. So, if you're lucky enough to still be rocking that baby face, we're gonna need to see some ID.


Make sure there's someone who's 18 or older to receive the delivery, or risk missing out on the good stuff.

Dispute Policy -


At our brewery, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible experience. However, we understand that disputes can arise, and we have established the following policy to address any concerns:  


Communication: If you have a problem with your experience at our brewery, please let us know as soon as possible. You can contact us by phone, email, or in person, and we will do our best to address your concerns. 


Investigation: Once we receive your complaint, we will investigate the issue thoroughly. This may involve speaking with staff members or reviewing security footage. 


Resolution: We will work to find a resolution that satisfies both parties. Depending on the situation, this may involve providing a refund, offering a discount on future purchases, or providing a complimentary item.


Escalation: If we are unable to resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may request to speak with a manager or supervisor. 


Follow-up: After the dispute is resolved, we will follow up with you to ensure that you are satisfied with the outcome and to address any further concerns. 

Refund Policy - 


At our brewery, we strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a refund is necessary, and we have established the following policy:  


Refunds: We will offer refunds for products that are defective or do not meet our customers' expectations. 


Process: To request a refund, please contact us by phone, email, or in person, and provide us with the details of the issue. We may ask for additional information or evidence to support your claim. 


Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and determine if a refund is warranted. We will notify you of our decision as soon as possible. 


Method: If a refund is approved, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. 


Timeframe: Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution. 


Non-refundable items: Please note that some products or services may not be eligible for refunds, such as personalized or custom-made products.

Cancellation Policy - 


We understand that sometimes our customers need to cancel their online orders. Our cancellation policy is as follows:  


Cancellation window: You may cancel your online order within 24 hours of placing it. After that time frame, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled. 


Cancellation process: To cancel your order, please contact us by phone or email and provide your order details. We will do our best to accommodate your request as soon as possible. 


Refunds: If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. 


Late cancellations: If you request to cancel your order after the 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled, and a refund may not be possible. 


Cancellation by the brewery: In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to circumstances beyond our control, such as product availability or delivery issues. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

Terms and Conditions
